Make jam, ham, cheese and other tiny no crusts sandwhichs they great for them learning to feed themselfs. Make they food and put some aside on a plate. feed them annd once they have been fed. Give them the plate or bowl with a spoon and let them learn to feed. As for drinking without bottles, get a breaker of juice. And don`t give them any milk bottles only food. And keep giving them the breaker. They will take it in the end. Get ruby sports drink cups. They have ends like teats too. cheer them on when they get it right. It worked for me.
